Customer Agreement
Please read the Terms and Conditions of this Customer Agreement carefully before you (the customer) make reservations and/or purchase a tour and/or tour-related product listed from DC Global Travel. This agreement will help you completely understand the rights and responsibilities of both yourself and DC Global Travel. By becoming a DC Global Travel customer, you agree that you have read, understand and agree with the following Terms and Conditions, and give irrevocable consent to be bound by all said Terms and Conditions, including any updates thereto. DC Global Travel has the right to change the Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time with or without notice. DC Global Travel encourages you to print out a copy of this agreement to review and bring it with you on your trip.
Your Eligibility
You must be an individual, 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you may use DC Global Travel only with involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
Your Responsibility
Before making reservations, it is your responsibility to confirm the details of your desired product. And you herein state that you have read and fully understand the content of your desired product and will waive the right to dispute any part of it after your purchase.
Once you have completed your reservation, it is the customer’s responsibility to keep all contact information up-to-date.
Standard Reservation Process and E-Ticket
1. After submitting your reservation/order, you will receive a receipt by email. This receipt does not guarantee seat availability.
2. Within one to two business days of submitting payment for your reservation/order, you will be notified via email of your reservation`s confirmation.
3. An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email after we confirm your reservation and all requirements and arrangements have been finalized for your trip. Trip details and contact information for the local tour operator will be included on your E-Tickets for your convenience and reconfirmation purposes.
4. Simply print out your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID to your tour guide or at the check-in desk on the day of your departure. E-tickets will serve as your proof of purchase and a boarding pass. Tours4Fun advises you to call the local tour operator to reconfirm your flight arrival information and pick-up schedule before your departure.
Privacy and Data Collection
DC Global Travel is the sole owner of the information collected on this website. We will not sell or share this information to any outside parties, except as outlined in this policy. DC Global Travel collects information from our users at several different points on our website in order to process reservations and better serve you with pertinent information. Information collected includes name, shipping address, billing address, telephone numbers, email address and payment information such as credit card. DC Global Travel Privacy and Security Policy is part of this Agreement, and you agree that use of data as described in the Privacy and Security Policy is not an actionable breach of your privacy or publicity rights.
Travel Insurance
DC Global Travel does not currently offer nor make recommendations regarding travel insurance.
Travel Bought from Sub-Agents
Tour products not purchased directly from DC Global Travel are operated by independent tour providers. We act as an agent for providers of tours, transportation, sightseeing and hotel accommodations. DC Global Travel shall be exempt from any liability in the event of an accident resulting in, but not limited to, loss or damage of properties, injury to people, death during trip, delays, irregularities or other occurrences beyond its control. Settlements will ensue in accordance with rules set by airlines, hotels, buses, etc. You agree that DC Global Travel will not be liable for any costs or damages arising out of a dispute or disagreement between you and any participating provider or a third party for anything that is in any way related to the indirect purchase of travel from DC Global Travel, and you hereby expressively waive any such claim against DC Global Travel and its owners, members, officers, directors, employees, parents, subsidiaries, agents and representatives.
Amendments and Cancellation
DC Global Travel will try their best to make sure all the tour arrangements will be the same as planned. However, to ensure safe and secure tours, DC Global Travel reserves the right to make amendments including altering, postponing and canceling tours due to weather, transportation, riots and other uncontrollable circumstances. DC Global Travel also reserves the right to cancel the tour prior to departure, and refund payment if the number of participants is inadequate to form a tour group.
Language
Tours are escorted by professional English, or multi-lingual tour guide and/or driver guides. In order to meet the language needs of the majority of passengers on a tour coach, tours and/or languages may be combined to enable operation of the tours. You have the responsibility to inform us of your language needs when you book the tour.
Passports and Visas
You are responsible for obtaining any travel documents and/or verifying entry requirements necessary for each country of travel and/or transit on your selected tour itinerary. This issue is elevated in the current climate surrounding coronavirus and required testing to enter your country of travel. Entry laws differ with respect to traveler’s citizenship. DC Global Travel cannot obtain personal travel documents for customers or assume responsibility for notice of current requirements on any given country. However, if DC Global Travel requests copies of your travel documents the cost of shipping of travel documents (ex. Passports, passports photos, etc.) to and from the traveler to DC Global Travel are the responsibility of the traveler. You are responsible for any expenses incurred as a result of delays or itinerary changes related to your lack of appropriate travel documents.
You should strictly abide by the laws and regulations promulgated by the government of the visiting country including but not limited to immigration and customs laws and regulations. DC Global Travel will not be responsible for any penalties due to your failure to abide by any regulations of the government of the visiting country.
Pricing, Amendment, Cancellation and Refund Policy
Please be aware all prices are offered in the currency of United States Dollars. Prices may vary due to availability. For example, prices may increase during holidays. All prices are subject to confirmation. Further details about DC Global Travel's cancellation and refund practices are described in Standard Amendment, Cancellation and Refund Policy. DC Global Travel's Standard Amendment, Cancellation and Refund Policy is part of this Agreement, and you agree that you have read and approve of all its content before making an online reservation.
Airport Transfers/ Flight Information
Flight information must be provided in order for the airport transfer services to be arranged. At our discretion, if flight information is not provided or provided last minute, your reservation will be noted as a self-transfer and no airport transfer services will be arranged. If you decide to self-transfer to the tour's first night's hotel, please inform us at your earliest convenience. If you opt out of a transfer service, you may reinstate the airport transfer service if notification to reinstate the service is given well in advance of the tour's departure. Urgent requests to reinstate airport transfer services cannot be guaranteed. If a flight is delayed, DC Global Travel/local provider will attempt to arrange a later airport transfer service, however, this later service is not guaranteed. If an airport transfer service is not available and cannot be provided, all guests are responsible for self-transferring to the tour's first night's hotel.
Travel Companion
All travel companions’ parties agree to take the tour together on their own will and accord. Disparities financially, culturally, or personally are each party's responsibility to resolve and must not affect the overall tour in any fashion. If one party cancels their part of the tour, all additional penalties or charges associated with the cancellation of the departing party's tour must be paid by the departing party in full. This ensures the departing party leaves the attending parties and their tour in good standing.
Travel Companion orders are nonrefundable after the payments have been submitted by each travel companion party. Travel Companion tours cannot change departure dates unless all parties consent to the departure date change. Airport transfers for Travel Companion orders follow the same standards as airport transfers provided on normal tours. No additional room alteration to a tour may be made once the tour has been confirmed. Default tour rooms are standard double rooms with two queen size or full-size beds unless otherwise specified. Additional bedding arrangements will come at additional fees if available and will be the responsibility of the travel companion party.
All parties herein agree to the policies and bindings of a Travel Companion booking’s terms and conditions and have agreed to the continuation of the tour in each party's good faith and understanding. Multiple pick-up locations and times may not be available for all tours. Travel Companion parties must decide on one pick-up location to meet at for the tour (for tours offering pick-up location services) or one airport transfer service time (for tours offering airport transfer services; one airport and one transfer per party). We suggest the selected pick-up location to be equidistant from each travel companion or the selected airport transfer time to be the later of the two airport arrivals (early arrival travel companions should wait for the later arrival travel companion for one transfer).
Chargeback
You hereby waive any objection you may have to DC Global Travel's use of electronic records with Discover, MasterCard, Visa, American Express or banks that issue credit cards should it be necessary for Tours4Fun to respond to a chargeback. You agree that DC Global Travel does business electronically by email, so email is accepted as the form of delivery of the services provided by DC Global Travel. You are not ordering tickets to be delivered in person or by mail, so you agree to accept email as the form of delivery and instruct Discover, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and banks that issue credit cards that email delivery constitutes delivery of services in this transaction.
You agree not to dispute a credit card charge on the basis of services not rendered if DC Global Travel can prove that the E-Ticket was sent by email (by providing electronic proof that the E-Ticket was sent at a specific date and time as recorded by DC Global Travel's computer system, by fax (by providing a copy of the transmission record showing the fax was successfully sent to the fax number provided, by mail (by providing a signed statement by the person who deposited the E-Ticket in the United States Postal Service). You agree that you will not dispute any charge improperly. This includes filing chargebacks claiming fraud if you claim the name of DC Global Travel was not recognized by you. In the event you file a chargeback improperly, you agree to provide a written statement to the credit card company confirming the charge is correct and should be paid and agree to send a faxed copy of this letter to DC Global Travel #1387, Attention: Chargeback, 1-202-544-1006.
In the event legal action is necessary by DC Global Travel to collect money taken away from DC Global Travel through a chargeback or to collect the Chargeback Fee, you agree to pay DC Global Travel's legal expenses if DC Global Travel wins the lawsuit.
Medical Conditions, Pregnancy and Travel
If you have a medical condition, or if you are pregnant and considering travel, you must consult with your doctor before you travel, especially if medical condition requires daily routine care, urgent care, or your pregnancy is high-risk. You are responsible for disclosing any related information to us during the check-out process by adding special comments. You understand DC Global Travel or local provider is not in a position to provide any medical services or urgent care in the event such an action may be required. You are liable for any risks, incidences or consequences incurred during travel.
Disabilities and Travel
You are responsible to verify with us before you book travel to ensure that special arrangement can be made if it is required for your needs. DC Global Travel or local provider is not liable for any incidences or consequences incurred during travel or complaints or lawsuits during or after travel due to your failure to inform us of your special needs. You also have the responsibility to re-confirm with us, after we reserve seats for you, that special accommodation will be provided per your request.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
DC Global Travel uses reasonable efforts to have accurate, complete and current information. However, since travel and tour rates are constantly changing, we do not warrant that all information is up-to-date or free of technical or typographical errors. It is the customer's responsibility to verify any information before relying on it. We reserve the right to make changes and updates to any information without prior notice. Access to, and use of, DC Global Travel’s websites, social media pages, mailings and the content thereof is at the risk of the user. In certain instances, we have provided links to other websites solely for your convenience. These sites are not maintained or controlled by DC Global Travel, and we are not responsible for their content. It is up to you to take precautions to ensure that whatever you select for your use is free of such items as viruses, bugs, worms, cancelbots, trojan horses and other items of a harmful or destructive nature.
If your contact information, including but not limited to, your email address, phone number, physical address or other data is incorrect, DC Global Travel will not assume any liability for information not received by the customer/consumer.
